Quality assurance

A central pillar of our corporate philosophy is the safeguarding of consistently high quality. From goods-in right through to shipping all inspection steps are documented and archived. Cutting edge instrumentation and in-house laboratory facilities ensure our quality and reduce the need for our clients to expend time and money on tests of their own. To this end we use the following equipment and methods: spectrometer to test for mixed up parts; spectrometer using argon for full analysis; Brinel and Vickers hardness tests; tensile tests; surface gauges; coating thickness gauges; and various check gauges and measuring machines. All raw and finished materials get checked for any radioactive contamination.

Our modern laboratory facilities support the work of external classification societies, including to 3.2, in order to be able to fulfil fast and competitively priced additional requirements.
