Amerikanischer Standard (ANSI)
In den nachfolgenden Drucktabellen werden die höchstzulässigen Innendrücke in psi gemäß ANSI B 31.3-1976 Chemical Plant and Petroleum Refinery Piping für nichtrostende Rohre aus Stahl (AISI 304L) angegeben.
Die Berechnung basiert auf folgender Formel
(Ableitung von ANSI B 31.3):
P = 2 · S · E · t / D - 2 · Y · t
P = maximaler Innendruck, psi (MPa)
D = Außendurchmesser des Rohres, Zoll (mm)
S = zulässige Spannung, psi (MPa)
E = Berechnungskennwert der Schweißnaht = 1,0
t = minimale Wanddicke des Rohres, Zoll (mm)
Y = 0,4
Für andere nichtrostende austenitische Stähle werden entsprechende Drücke durch Multiplikation der Werte in den Drucktabellen mit den Faktoren aus der Werkstofftabelle errechnet.
Anmerkung:
Äußere Kräfte, Wärmespannungen, Eigengewicht usw. können für die Bemessung eines Rohrsystems von Bedeutung sein. Konstruktionen sollten deshalb auch auf mechanische Festigkeit unter Betriebsbedingungen geprüft werden.
